 NOTICE   PLEASE READ   Currently we are experiencing a huge problem in getting homes due to Covid    Our factory and their suppliers are having supply problems as well as work force problems.   In addition building materials are at an all time high    We now have over 100 homes on order from our current manufacturers and even some new ones so we will get more homes in over the next few months.   We are committed to giving you the best home possible with quality service after the sale.  Please bear with us and check back on our website often as I will keep it updated as to when new homes will arrive.   We expect huge price increases but we will do our best to still off the lowest price possible. We service our local area, and only deliver within 50 miles of the sales center in Enterprise!

 

Discount Homes Sales of Enterprise Alabama was established in March of 1985. Its current owner Steve Nagy took over in November of 1990. Discount Home Sales truly lives up to its Mission Statement of Quality at an Affordable Price. We offer a wide selection of both new and used manufactured homes. We are one of the only dealers in the area that offer inhouse setup and inhouse service after the sale. To better serve its customers Discount Home Sales has a fully stocked Parts Department.  We service lower Alabama with some of the best homes for the money you can spend.   We are open Monday thru Friday  8am till 5:30pm and Saturday 9am till 1 pm
