This 3 bedroom 2 bath home needs work but can be worked on as you live in it with a little bit of tlc.   It has a nice sized living room with a separate dining area and kitchen.  There is a refrigerator stove(gas) and dishwasher.   There is also a gas furnace in the house.  BOth of these are easily converted to electric if that is a problem.  There is mostly vinyl through out the house that needs replacing with the floors in over all sound condition.  THere is a garden tub with shower in one bath and a separate newly installed shower stall in the other.   The middle bedroom has a problem with the window that will need to be addressed.  The home does have storm windows all the way around.
