​Discount Homes Sales has provided affordable portable buildings since its inception in 1985.   We have dealt with the same building manufacture for all of these years.   We carry Thrifty Portable Buildings and have them in an endless array of configurations.   We stock the largest inventory of buildings of anyone in the southeast area and are sure to have what you need in stock.   Our most popular buildings are stocked in several colors and all buildings can be special ordered to the customers specs.   Our sizes range from a starter building of an 8x12 up to a huge mother-in-law suite of a 12x42.  We have a variety of door sizes and can custom build with you picking out color, size, and location of your doors and windows.  The buildings can be bought with a standard 46" door or double doors for your riding lawnmower and even garage doors for your vehicle.   The building manufacture uses only the finest materials and the workmanship is far superior to any other competitors buildings.   We even offer a 10 year roof warranty against leakage.   All buildings are setup professionally and assured to be level on your lot.  No site prep is necessary.  A tie down service is available for an extra charge. Delivery is limited to within 50 miles of the sales center.
