This home is sold but can be reordered. This is the one to save you money. This is a factory special that we are passing on the savings to you. It has a huge living room with plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen has a nice pantry and a buffet to store all your kitchen stuff. There is a door that closes off the utility room and leads to the master bedroom. The closet in the master bedroom is in the bathroom to save wall space in the bedroom.

This new arrival was a very unique must see kitchen with an awesome canopy around the range. A column separates the Kitchen from the Living Area. The kitchen features black appliances and has a nice corner curio cabinet. The utility room is a separate area in the hall area to the master bedroom. The master suite has plenty of room to relax and has a center tub to soak in. It also has double sinks and a separate shower. The opposite end of the home has 2 bedrooms and a full bath for the kids. The house also features vinyl siding and a shingle roof.

This proven floorplan has always sold well and we are glad to have it back. It has a nice sized living room with a small separation between it and the kitchen. The kitchen boasts an island with canapy and plenty of oak cabinets. It has black appliances as well as a separate utiltiy room with the back door inside the utiltiy room. The masterbedroom has plenty of room and has a glamour bath in it with a walk in closet. There are fiberglass fixtures in the master bath with double sinks. The opposite end of the home has 2 bedroom for the kids and a bath between them. The home also features low maintenance vinyl siding and a shingle roof. Check out the pictures below

This great floorplan has been around forever but is still a best seller. It has a nice sized kitchen that is opens to the living room at a slant. Hidden behind this kitchen however is a closet you could raise a child in. It is huge. The house also has a glamour bath with a separate shower.
